How to use
Step 1
After choosing your villa, select your dates and the duration of your stay on the booking calendar. You will be able to select only available periods and they will show as marked selection on the calendar. Review your entry and click on "Book now".
Step 2
Enter your personal contact information and the number of adults, children and infants in your party.
If you have infants in your party, baby cots and high chairs will be provided up to the number stated in the villa description. Only on demand.
If the property allow pets you will be able to select the number of pets. The pet cleaning charge will be automatically added to the displayed total. The charge depends on the villa and it is usually 10 euros per pet per day.
You may also add a message if you have any requests or further questions.
Step 3
Review all the details of your booking and select additional insurance preferences and your payment method.
To confirm your reservation we require a 30% advance payment.
The advance payment is non-refundable unless you have added cancelation insurance to your reservation (not available at LIKEISTRIA at the moment).
The damage deposit is due cash on arrival and it will be refunded on departure in case of no damage. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.
You can also select to buy damage insurance. If damage insurance is selected, there is no damage deposit. In case of damages you are only required to sign an insurance report.
We strongly advise opting for the insurance products. The provider of this products is „HAK Osiguranje d.d.“ insurance company. The cost will be automatically added to your total.
Payment methods
For the 30% advance payment please select one of the following payment methods:
- Credit card payment: Master Card, Visa and Maestro cards are accepted. (due on booking) Pay pal payments are accepted. (due on booking) Bank transfers are accepted. (due within 3 days - additional terms apply)
For the 70% remaining payment you will be able to choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card payment: Master Card, Visa and Maestro cards are accepted. (due 30 days before arrival) Pay pal payments are accepted. (due 30 days before arrival) Bank transfers are accepted. (due 30 days before arrival) Cash on arrival (due on arrival - may not be an option for some properties)
Please note that if you use your credit card or pay-pal for the advance payment, your booking is instantly secured and you will receive a confirmation on the website and by e-mail.
If you have selected a bank transfer for the advance payment, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. In order to finalize the reservation, you are required to follow the instructions received in the e-mail containing all the payment details. You are required to make the payment in the next few days, so we receive it in 3 working days. After that period, if we are missing the advance payment, you will be contacted and your reservation can be canceled. Bank transfers may not be possible if your arrival date is in 30 days or less.
All the rates include VAT and tourist tax for all the members of your party.

LIKEISTRIA takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason we use WSPay to securely handle credit card information. WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL certificate with 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.
Payment by foreign credit card
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Step 4
Confirmation
Once the online payment is performed, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address.
Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your payment, it is necessary to contact us in written on info@likeistria.com and to explain reasons for the cancellation.
