The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of which are ensuite. The villa is completely air conditioned, has a TV and 2 SAT TV receivers, Play Station 3 and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Spend your days in the lovely Istrian region relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun or have fun playing table football and darts. During April, May, June, September and October, with prior announcement the villa´s private pool can be heated.
